What a great party...!

Mr. R told me later that day, "Mom, this was the best birthday party ever! Thanks, Mom"!!

He put on all of his wearable gifts after everyone left and played with all the others (while wearing his gifts!). He was sooo excited.

This pic makes me chuckle because this was his facial expression all afternoon ...cool aid stained mouth and all!;)

And Will today with his GOOD MANNERS certificate!! Such a great day.

Reid turned 6 years old August 25th..and got a brand new bike. I picked him up at school with it in the back of my Yukon (yeah, we looked a little like country folks in the pick up line!!). He started screeming when he saw it, the teacher screamed and Olivia all due to the excitement of the NEW BIKE.

We sent cupcakes and juice to school for his class's celebration and we stopped by the snowball stand on the way home for STRAWBERRY snowball. LIFE WAS GREAT (according to my 6 year old son)! He rode his new bike all day and even before school the next day!

Oh, and he had lots of visitors that afternoon....Mamaw Moreau, Grandma, Mamaw, Gramps, Uncle Dus and Putty (with baby in belly)! What a great day!

O's first favorite cartoon...

O found a favorite cartoon..."YO GABBA GABBA". Yes, you heard me correctly..it's a cartoon with these large characters that dance and sing. It plays usually around 9 AM..right after she wakes up...so this is a perfect example of what the 'princess' looks like in the morning while waiting for her breakfast.

AND the chair is for a dear friend who is nice enough to let me borrow it until her little girl can sit in it. I borrowed it for a few pics of O...but it soon became her fav..i'm going to have to find another when it is time to return it.

Just an update...

School is going REALLY well...they love it (expecially W-surprisingly). He writes little notes to his teacher everyday to place in her 'mail box' in the mornings. He tells me about all his little friends at his 'table' and which ones had 'consequences'-which NEVER involve him of course;)OH, and one day two of his little friends got 'beaten up' by a wasp!

R is learning soooo much. He can almost write his name in cursive and can write all of his addition facts (only 0 and 1 family-of course!) His number writing is becoming very neat and healways sings little songs that he's learned in class and of course adds his own twist to it! By the way, he asked us if he could take singing lessons;)lol

O is loving her Mom these days. We spend our days playing with baby dolls (which she calls 'bobbies'! I try to get a pic of her everyday b/c she is growing sooo very fast...and my little girl is becoming a little toddler before my eyes (sniff...sniff).

They were "FRAMED"...

Just being silly in the yard this weekend...they decided to play with my new frame.
